This guided self-hypnosis audio will help you to relax and drift into natural restorative sleep, so that you feel refreshed and completely re-energized when you wake up at your chosen wake-up time.  

The recording lasts for approximately 30 minutes and is best experienced using headphones, but please ensure that you check the volume control before proceedings.  

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that can make it hard to fall asleep, hard to stay asleep or cause you to wake up too early and not be able to get back to sleep. 

According to a British NHS website, if you have insomnia for a short time (less than 3 months) it’s called short-term insomnia. Insomnia that lasts 3 months or longer is called long-term insomnia.

This guided self-hypnosis is intended for people experiencing short term insomnia.  If you are experiencing long-term insomnia you should seek medical advice to check that there are no underlying health issue.
